WEIGHER WPM 50

WPM 50  is a device designed for precise weighing and dispensing of programmed portions of vegetables, which are then dropped into various types of packaging such as bags, crates, or cartons.

Modes of operation: The device can operate in manual or automatic mode, depending on the user's preference.
* When vegetables are manually collected, the operator presses the scale pedal when ready to receive a portion into the selected type of packaging.
* The scale can work with various receiving devices, such as the RM-30 raschel machine (directly dropping portions into the raszlownica's vibro-hopper or via a conveyor, e.g., 25x120 type to the raszlownica).

Precise dosing: A single 450 mm wide conveyor belt delivers vegetables to the weighing hopper. Brushes hold the vegetables in place during the final weighing phase, ensuring accuracy to a single piece of the weighed product. This scale is recommended for weighing elongated vegetables such as carrots.

Automatic speed adjustment: The belt speed is automatically adjusted by the controller depending on the hopper fill level, optimizing the weighing process.

Adjustable hopper opening speed: Smooth adjustment of the hopper opening speed affects the portion dropping speed, which is particularly important for larger portions or packing in plastic bags.

Efficiency: Depending on the portion size, the WPM 50 device's efficiency ranges from 1 to 4 t/h.

Requirements: Compressed air 5 bar.

The machine is controlled via a touchscreen.
