WEIGHER WPM 50-2T

The WPM 50-2T dosing scale is a device designed for the precise dosing of programmed portions of vegetables (from 2.5 kg to 25 kg) and dispensing them into various types of packaging such as bags, crates, or cartons.

• Operating modes: The device can operate in either manual or automatic mode, depending on the user’s preference.
* When the vegetables are manually received, the operator presses the scale pedal when ready to accept the portion into the selected type of packaging.
* The scale can cooperate with various receiving devices, such as the RM-30/RM-30 2N netting machine (directly dropping portions into the vibro-hopper of the netting machine or using a conveyor, e.g., type 25x120 to the netting machine).

• Precise dosing: Two conveyor belts with working widths of 320 mm and 100 mm deliver the vegetables to the scale hopper. Brushes holding the vegetables in the final weighing phase ensure accuracy at the level of a single piece of the weighed goods. Thanks to the two conveyor belts, this scale is recommended for weighing round vegetables, such as potatoes or onions. This solution ensures precise dosing.

• Automatic speed adjustment: The speed of the belts is automatically adjusted by the controller depending on the degree of filling of the hopper, optimizing the weighing process.

• Adjustable hopper opening speed: Smooth adjustment of the hopper opening speed affects the dispensing speed of the portions, which is particularly important for larger portions or when packaging in plastic bags.

• Efficiency: Depending on the portion size, the efficiency of the WPM 50-2T device ranges from 1 to 6 t/h (for 25 kg portions, the device efficiency is 6 t/h; for 15 kg - 5 t/h; for 10 kg - 4 t/h).

• Requirements: Compressed air at 5 bar.
