NPM 160.240 AUTOMATIC VERTICAL FILLER FOR BOXES AND BIG BAGS

The NPM 160.240 vertical filler with scales is an advanced device designed for automatic filling of pallet boxes and BIG-BAG bags. It can fill all sizes of boxes from 160 to 240 cm and big bags. The machine is equipped with platforms with a weighing system that allows monitoring the weight of the product in a given package. When working in pallet mode, the vertical belt moves in 4 directions (up, down, right and left), which ensures correct leveling of the product on the pallets. When filling big bags, the belt moves in 2 directions (up and down). The use of PVC finger tapes allows for gentle placement of the product in the bag/box.

The operation of the automatic filler is simple and intuitive thanks to the touch screen:

• In big bag mode, the hooks holding the big-bag bags are automatically released after filling, and the placement of a new big bag must be confirmed on the touch panel. When replacing the big bag, the bag is filled at the second station (the other side of the machine is working).

• In the box mode, its replacement does not require confirmation on the screen, thanks to the presence of sensors detecting the placement of a new box.

The two modes of operation of the machine can operate in two ways: filling can be done according to the set height or according to the desired weight. The most effective method of filling large bags is according to height, and in the case of a box pallet according to the desired weight.

The device is characterized by a capacity of 20 to 40 tons per hour, depending on the type of packaging (BIG-BAG bags or box pallets). Equipped with a weighing system, it allows for precise dosing of the product to the set weight. Additionally, the filler works at a set height, which ensures flexibility and adaptation to various production needs.

For filling the goods, we recommend using the PS 80x600 inclined conveyor (with PVC belt) or the PSG 65x800 rubber conveyor (with Chevron belt), which ensure effective and smooth delivery of the product to the filler.
