BOX FILLER NSM 160.240

The NSM 160.240 are designed for the automatic filling of box pallets with dimensions ranging from 1600 to 2400×1200 mm and a maximum height of 1200 mm. The filling process is initiated by lowering the conveyor belt to the bottom of the box pallet.

An integrated sensor system enables automatic control of the belt’s position, ensuring even product distribution and a consistent drop height throughout the entire filling cycle. The filling unit is equipped with adjustable operating parameters such as:

  • filling speed,
  • belt feed speed,
  • vertical movement speed and range (raising/lowering of the belt).

An automatic product layer thickness sensor monitors the current fill level of the box pallets, allowing for precise material dosing. The machine is operated via a touch panel that allows for configuration of operating parameters and monitoring of current operational data.

The machine has a capacity of up to 20 box pallets per hour.
An optional SH32 65x400 conveyor is available.

The Michalak company also offers the NSM 120.160 filler model for the automatic filling of boxes with dimensions ranging from 1200 to 1600 mm x 1200 mm and a maximum height of 1200 mm.
