The machine is used for industrial scraping of root vegetables such as potatoes, beets, carrots, celery. The process is carried out thanks to corundum rollers and the machine's special worm design, which is divided into chambers. As the worm rotates, the vegetables stop and rub against the abrasive rollers. The scraping is done continuously by scraping the outer skin of the vegetable using alumina, which covers the rollers. During the process, the vegetables are constantly rinsed by a sprinkler system. The speed of rotation of the corundum rollers and the worm structure is infinitely adjustable, which allows the outer part of the vegetable to be thoroughly rubbed off without deeply scraping the product. It is advisable to complete the scraping process by washing and polisher the vegetables using a VEGETABLES WASHING and POLISHER FOR VEGETABLES.
