FLAT POLISHER SPM 15.80

Flat brush vegetable washer SPM 15.80 is specifically designed for the gentle cleaning of round root vegetables, ensuring effective cleansing without damaging their skin. This machine is perfect for vegetables such as potatoes, turnips, radishes, and many others. It is equipped with 15 wavy brushes with a width of 80 cm. The brush hardness can be adjusted to individual preferences and customer needs.

Additional features
The flat brush vegetable washer SPM can optionally be equipped with a water spraying system and a water drainage tank, which helps maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the machine during operation. In the "dry brushing" version, a pressing apron is available to guide vegetables into the brushes, increasing the precision of the cleaning process.

Adjustment and control
An additional solution includes counter brushes with height and angle adjustment, designed to securely hold products during operation. The machine can be equipped with automated adjustment of the brushing angle, allowing for easy changes in the machine's working angle depending on the product being washed.

For optimum performance
In the case of heavily soiled or mud-coated vegetables, we recommend using a pre-washer or water discharge basket before using the brush washer to achieve the best results.

Customized to customer needs
We are ready to adjust the hardness of the cleaning brushes and other machine parameters to individual customer requirements, providing optimal conditions for cleaning a variety of vegetables.
