ROLLER SIZER SR 20120 4T


Roller sorter model SR20120-4T (4-belt version) is designed for calibrating various types of root vegetables based on their thickness. Vegetable roller sorters are characterized by high precision due to the use of rollers that rotate, move, and change position relative to each other during operation. The sorting range covers thicknesses from 20 to 120 mm (*). The machine can separate sorted vegetables into four fractions, the size of which is smoothly adjustable.

The standard equipment includes sorting rollers made of stainless steel, 4 receiving belts with a width of 60 cm and a length of 240 cm (extendable), an inclined feeding belt with a width of 100 cm, and a galvanized structure.

We recommend the option of central chain lubrication, which allows for even distribution of grease along the entire length of the chain, ensuring smooth operation and reducing friction. Regular lubrication of the chain ensures its optimal condition, minimizing the risk of damage and equipment failure. In the case of sorting wet vegetables, where the presence of water can accelerate the corrosion process, lubrication is particularly important to protect the chain from rust and wear.

The device is available in 2-, 3-, and 4-belt versions.

(*) There is also the SR1585 model available, which has a sorting range for vegetable thickness from 15 to 85 mm.
