TIPPER WHM-1800

The hydraulic tilting device WHM 1800 is a specially designed equipment for emptying pallet crates with maximum base dimensions of 120 cm x 180 cm and a height of 130 cm, with a permissible weight of up to 1800 kg. Equipped with a high-quality hydraulic power unit with telescopic actuators, enabling remote (wired) control of crate lifting and lowering. Mesh covers ensure operator safety during operation. The tilting device works perfectly with the K-50 receiving basket, which can be positioned in one of three directions relative to the tilting device, or with one of the SH-type baskets, allowing the machine to be aligned in a straight line. Additionally, there is an option to equip the machine with additional actuators to increase the tilting angle for emptying to 180 degrees (standardly 130 degrees), allowing for the discharge of blocked products. The basic parameters include a nominal load capacity of up to 1800 kg and a throughput of 30 cycles per hour.
