The standard equipment includes a Cartesian system with a gripper that enables precise movement of bags. The device features a complete structural system, including a pallet elevator, an integrated stretch wrapper for securing stacked layers, a roller conveyor for removing the palletized product, and an empty pallet feeder, ensuring uninterrupted operation. The machine is operated via an intuitive touchscreen control panel.
The PMO 50-K palletizer with a Cartesian gripper offers high precision in arranging products on pallets, thanks to accurate control of movement along three axes (X, Y, Z). The stability and repeatability of its movements increase the efficiency and safety of the palletizing process. Additionally, it generates fewer vibrations than articulated robots, which is beneficial in precision applications where gentle handling of the product is essential.
The device is equipped with a set of advanced sensors that monitor the stacking process, ensuring bag stability on the pallet and eliminating the risk of toppling. Once a layer of bags is arranged, the system automatically initiates the pallet wrapping process, securing the load for transport. The bag stacking pattern on the pallet can be fully customized to individual needs using dedicated software, giving the user complete control over the palletizing process.
The palletizer is also available in a version with an industrial robot arm (PMO 50-R type), which operates at a throughput of up to 10 bags per minute.
