WET UNLOADING BATH 5000

The type 5000 wet unloading system enables a very gentle unloading of vegetables from pallet boxes in a water bath. Its advanced design ensures safe and effective movement of products, minimizing the risk of damage to delicate vegetables. The central element of the machine is a deep bath with a capacity of 5 m3 (for one pallet box up to 100 cm), in which pallet boxes with vegetables are placed. The unloading process is initiated by gently lifting the product to the water surface, thereby avoiding jerks or impacts that could damage its outer structure.

Once the vegetables are lifted to the water surface, they move towards the receiving belt, which is designed according to the concept of a "goose neck" mechanism. The receiving belt, constructed with a "lego" type mat, facilitates unobstructed water flow while featuring 50 mm high takers to support the products securely.

The water required for the process is supplied by a specially adapted pump with appropriate parameters. This pump, operating according to a set cycle, ensures a constant water flow necessary for the effective operation of the machine. To empty the tank of water, a standard 200 mm diameter drain valve is installed. This is an essential element that allows for quick and convenient emptying of the tank after the process is completed.

The type 5000 wet unloading tank is an ideal solution for delicate vegetables, enabling effective and safe movement of products without the risk of damage. Thanks to advanced technology and careful construction, it is an indispensable tool in the packing and transportation process of delicate vegetables.
