VEGETABLES WASHER P-500 4M

The machine is designed for washing root vegetables. Washing of the vegetables takes place in a drum made of perforated sheet metal. Washing can take place in a bath and/or by continuous spraying with mains water. The machine is ideal for use in process lines as it has a good capacity and very good performance. At the exit, the scrubber is equipped with a selection belt with a sprinkler, which allows for the final rinsing of the product and easy juxtaposition of the machine with others that follow. The scrubber is equipped as standard with inverters for the infinitely variable adjustment of the drum speed and the speed of the selection belt. Capacity : approximately 7 t/h depending on the possibility of feeding the vegetables, their pick-up and also the degree of dirtiness of the product. The drum is 100x400cm and the scraper belt is 50cm wide. The scrubber tank is made up of two hoppers, emptied as standard by mechanically-operated valves, as an optional extra with a pneumatic drive configured with a PLC on which it is possible to set the frequency and the time for which the valves will be opened.
