INFEED HOPPER KRM 2000

The infeed hopper KRM 2000 with a 12 m3 capacity tank is the ideal solution for medium to large farms, providing optimal performance and work comfort during product reception. The machine ensures fast unloading of trailers with rear tipping. The bin is constructed on a solid welded frame made of high-quality materials with finishes made of profiled sheet metal. The self-unloading bin is equipped with two pneumatic wheels and a detachable drawbar, facilitating transport over short distances. The main conveyor belt, 200 cm wide, guarantees high work efficiency without the risk of vegetable suspension even with large product quantities. Smooth speed adjustment of the main conveyor belt within the range of 0.4 m to 3.2 m/min allows for adjusting performance to the processing capabilities of subsequent machines in the technological line. The machine is equipped with 7 sifter rollers, 220 cm in length, which can be changed and adjusted to the user's individual needs. Available options include: smooth tubes, simple rubber rings, spiral rubber, polyurethane spirals, metal springs. The gaps between the rollers have adjustable fluid regulation. The stable chain of the main conveyor belt is characterized by high durability and minimal maintenance needs. Convenient machine operation via remote control. Various options enable optimal customization to user needs.
