SCREEN SIZER STM 80

The STM belt sorter is dedicated to the efficient sorting of potatoes and other round vegetables. The sorting process is carried out using a mesh belt with a working width of 80 cm (*), with calibration ranging from 20x20 mm to 60x60 mm. The mesh apertures can be square or circular, depending on the requirements. After passing through the belt, the vegetables are directed to a chute. Instead of the standard chute, the sorter can be equipped with a receiving conveyor with a width of 60 cm and lengths of 250 cm, 300 cm, or 400 cm, facilitating the easy and efficient transfer of sorted vegetables to further production or packaging stages.

One of the main advantages of this sorter is the ability to connect multiple units in a single production line. This allows the product to be sorted into various fractions in one operational cycle, increasing process efficiency.

The STM belt sorter offers a variety of sorting ranges, allowing for adaptation to individual customer needs. The choice of the appropriate belt and sorter width enables precise adjustment to the specifics of the sorted vegetables and production requirements.
