ROLLER SIZER SR 1585 2T

Roller sorter model SR1585-2T (2-belt version) for calibrating many kinds of vegetables for thickness. Vegetable roller sorters are characterized by high precision due to the use of rollers that rotate, move and change position relative to each other during operation. The sorting range includes thicknesses from 15 to 85 mm (*). The machine can separate the sorted vegetables into 2 fractions, the size of which is infinitely adjustable. 

The basic equipment includes stainless steel sorting rollers, 2 receiving belts of 60 cm width and 240 cm length (the belts can be extended), a slanted feeding belt of 100 cm width and galvanized construction. 

We recommend the option of central chain lubrication, which allows the lubricant to be evenly distributed along the entire length of the chain while ensuring smooth operation and reducing friction. Regular lubrication of the chain ensures that it remains in optimum condition, which minimizes the risk of damage and breakdown of the machine. When sorting wet vegetables, where the presence of water can accelerate the corrosion process, lubrication is particularly important to protect the chain from rust and seizure. 
The unit can come in 2-belt, 3-belt and 4-belt versions.

(*) Also available is the SR20120 model, which has a sorting range by vegetable thickness of 20-120 mm.
