INFEED HOPPER KRM 1700-3T

The compact KRM 1700-3T hopper is utilized for unloading trailers with rear tipping. It is constructed on a stable welded steel frame with finishes made of profiled sheet metal. The machine features two pneumatic wheels and a detachable drawbar, facilitating easy transport using a forklift or agricultural tractor. The main conveyor belt, 170 cm wide, along with profiled cleats measuring 16 mm in height, ensures high work efficiency. Smooth speed adjustment of the working belt within the range of 0.5 - 4.5 m/min enables the adaptation of workload efficiency in subsequent machines along the technological line. The 10 m3 capacity tank is standardly equipped with a system of 7 sifter rolls and 7 sorting rollers, characterized by high wear resistance. Depending on the requirements, the rolls may be spiral rubber, spiral PU, smooth tubes, metal springs, or simple rubber rings with adjustable gaps. The hopper is equipped with three cross belts (each 60 cm wide) for removing fine impurities and the desired product.
