Model S7190 is designed for polishing, brushing, and cleaning round root vegetables (such as red beet and celeriac) that have been pre-washed by a washer or after wet unloading hopper.
The brushing process takes place in a section of the drum equipped with cylindrical brushes arranged in a U-shape and sprayed with clean tap water. Optionally, water from a recycling tank can be used instead.
In the dry brushing version, the machine is additionally equipped with a spiral brush that helps move the brushed products toward the outlet.
This machine is recommended for processing lines, particularly in small farms where a capacity of 1–2 tons per hour is sufficient.
The brush machine is equipped as standard with a frequency inverter for smooth adjustment of brush rotation speed, as well as a control remote for convenient operation.
We also offer a wide range of brush hardness levels to meet the requirements of different products. The machine is fitted with 7 brushes, which is an ideal solution for round products such as celeriac or beets. For brushing parsley or carrots, we recommend the 9-brush version (model S9190).
The effective brush length is 190 cm.
Optional features include electric adjustment of the tilt angle or a water recycling system.
