Water receiving hopper, model KWM 100, dedicated for the food industry, especially for vegetables sensitive to damage. Its design has been tailored for effective reception of vegetables in a water bath, ensuring maximum product protection and time savings. Its large capacity (3.4 m3) allows for the reception of a large quantity of vegetables at once, effectively reducing the time needed for processing. However, that's not all - the unique design of the hopper ensures that the vegetables do not suffer bruises or mechanical damage when entering the water.

Vegetable transport is carried out using a rod conveyor, additionally protected with rubber linings, preventing any damage during product movement. The water in the tank is constantly monitored and maintained at the appropriate level using electronic water level control and sensors. Additionally, dirty water is automatically discharged by opening the solenoid valve, which is adjusted by the operator in terms of frequency and duration of operation.

The KWM 100 machine is well-equipped, further enhancing its utility and efficiency. The equipment includes an air turbine and a solenoid valve for filling, ensuring optimal working conditions and vegetable quality.
