The KWM 50 wet hopper is an innovative solution designed specifically for the water bathing process of vegetables. The introduction of vegetables into the water is controlled, eliminating the risk of damage, which is particularly important for delicate products. Thanks to the special design of the basket, vegetables are protected from hitting the walls, and immersion in water has no negative impact on either the skin or the structure of the vegetables. The transportation process of vegetables is carried out using a rod conveyor in rubber casings, further minimizing the risk of damage. Additionally, dirty water can be automatically drained with the optional addition of a solenoid valve, and the water level is regulated by sensors.
The machine comes standard with a drain valve, which is mechanically operated, ensuring ease of use. The machine requires connection to a compressor with a capacity of 200 liters, which generates air bubbles for preliminary washing of products.
Furthermore, the machine can be enhanced by adding electronic water level control, an air turbine, and a filling solenoid valve, ensuring optimal working conditions and even greater efficiency in the vegetable water bathing process. With these solutions, users can achieve excellent results while maintaining high quality standards and minimizing the risk of product damage.
