RECEIVING HOPPER SH-65

The SH receiving hopper provides a fast, gentle way to unload agricultural produce. Designed to receive goods from pallet boxes, rotated using a turntable mounted on a forklift truck or a WHM-type tipper. Equipped with a durable rubber Chevron belt, 65 cm wide, with 16 mm high carriers. The main belt speed can be adjusted by an inverter. Additionally, the machine can be equipped with a 6-roller soil separator, driven by an independent motor (which can also be equipped with an inverter). As standard, the separator has a fixed roller spacing. Optionally, the SH bin can have an adjustable roller extension system ranging from 10-70 mm, in which case each roller has its own motor, and the speed can be adjusted in two ways: collectively using one inverter or alternately using two inverters. The bin allows for mechanical adjustment of the separator angle. The height of the bin can be adjusted using telescopic legs, ranging from 95 to 125 cm (height at the belt outlet from the bin). This bin also comes in a square version for use with a WHM-type tipper, allowing the tipper to be positioned in any direction relative to the bin: from one of the sides or straight ahead. The inner side walls of the receiving bin can be lined with rubber or foam, providing additional protection for vegetables during unloading.
